Your Order Cancellation Rights
At Startasker Holdings, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility for our customers. Below are the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of cleaning services:You are entitled to cancel your scheduled cleaning service under the following conditions:
1. Cancellation Before Service Commencement:
– You may cancel your cleaning service without any penalty if the cancellation is made **at least 3 days* before the scheduled start time.
– To cancel, you must notify us through a clear statement via:

2. Cancellation Within defined Hours of Service:

3. No-Show or Failure to Provide Access:
– If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to perform the service due to your absence or failure to provide access, the full service cost will be charged.
4. Rescheduling:
– If you need to reschedule your cleaning service, please notify us at least **3 days** in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.
5. Refunds for Pre-Paid Services:
– If you have pre-paid for a cleaning service and cancel within the allowed time frame (at least 3days prior), you will receive a full refund.
– Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking and will be issued within **3-5 business days**.
Exceptions
– In cases of extreme weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
– If the Company cancels or reschedules the service due to operational reasons, you will be notified promptly, and no charges will apply.
